Inficon PGE300 Convection Enhanced Pirani Gauge, KF25, 4 VCR Fitting, 1000 Torr, 1 Setpoint. Inficon Part Number: 3PE5-01D-A700. This PGE300 Convection Enhanced Pirani gauge head measures vacuum pressure from just above atmosphere (1000 Torr) to 1x10-4 Torr and is ideal for roughing and foreline pressure measurement. It has a 4 VCR® fitting and a 9 pin DB-Sub male pin for power and data. The gauge has one This model provides a Log-linear analog output, and one setpoint relay. A built-in 3 digit display provides a convenient user interface for setup and operation of the vacuum gauge. The gauge is factory supplied calibrated for air/N2.
