Inficon PSG050 Pirani Standard Wide-Range Gauge Intended for the use with the Vacuum Gauge Controller VGC012 or VGC023, KF16. Inficon Part Number: 399-500. The PSG050 wide-range Pirani standard gauge head is used for the measurement of absolute pressures in the rough and fine vacuum range. This gauge has a measurement range of 0.5 x 10e-3 to 10e3 mbar (3.7 x 10-4 to 750 Torr). It employs a tungsten filament sensing element operating at a temperature of 110°C. These Pirani standard gauges are operated by the Inficon VGC012 and VGC023 control units.
